TaxVault

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Operated by Ekdant Solutions, India

1. The service

TaxVault lets Chartered Accountants ("CAs") and their clients exchange and organise invoices, GST and income-tax documents. Access is by invitation: Ekdant Solutions adds CAs, and each CA invites their own clients.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. The information you provide must be accurate. A CA may deactivate a client's access, and Ekdant Solutions may deactivate any account that misuses the service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You allow TaxVault to store and process them only to provide the service to you and your CA, as described in the Privacy Policy. Upload only documents you are entitled to share.

4. Professional responsibility

TaxVault is a tool. Text read automatically from invoices is a suggestion and must be checked. Tax advice, filings and their accuracy remain the responsibility of the CA and the client.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, or use TaxVault for anything unlawful.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep TaxVault available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ekdant Solutions is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Keep your own copies of documents you are required by law to retain.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. You may stop using TaxVault at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
